History
The Elohovskiy Gallery Cultural Center is located in a house with a history, which that is a cultural heritage site of federal significance. However, this late classicist mansion was visually "overshadowed" by the flamboyant restaurant "Razgulyai", squeezed between the monument wall and the neighboring house. It was this late addition, that had no protective status, that became the most striking detail of a new gallery. There was a wrought iron fence at the place of the restaurant entrance in the 19th century.
