design and implementation period

Concept

Despite the fact that the initial project was office-oriented, during a joint trip of the bureau's architects and the investor to Ivanovo, it was decided to change the function in a short period of time.
Thus, a building that was originally built for children's treatment, was adapted for a school and kindergardten after its restoration.

1780 m²

object area

Decision

Preservation and conservation: historic Monnier vaults, stairwell with cast iron steps and railing, historic doors, Bergenheim metlach tile, late 19th century brick.

The project elicited a great response from the residents of Ivanovo. It was awarded for its contribution to the city's development and was also published by the ARCHI.RU portal.
