History
Izmalkovo — a Moscow region estate of the Samarin family that existed from the 18th – early 20th centuries. The main building of the estate was a two-story wooden house, plastered "to look like stone" in the Empire style.In 2015, the Moscow Government transferred the estate for 49 years to the "Gift of Life" Foundation for children with oncological and other serious diseases for free use.

Concept
In 2019, a plan for the restoration and adaptation of the estate buildings into a boarding house was agreed upon. The bureau worked on a solution together with the restoration company "Center for Comprehensive Development."
Solution
The restoration company Center for Cultural Development restored the exterior appearance of entire complex buildings while the bureau created interiors that meet the needs of children with special health conditions.
