History
The Mansion's most famous owner was Prince and Senator I.A. Gagarin. According to an established literary opinion, his wife Ekaterina Semyonovna Semyonova, a renowned Russian actress that was celebrated by Alexander Pushkin in his works, including "Eugene Onegin", lived here in the 1820s-1830s. The original Empire-style interiors have not survived. Only two staircases and several parts of the molded cornice remain to be intact by our time.

Decision
The bureau's architects and designers became creators of a 19th-century Empire estate. The bureau recreated all interior solutions, relying on history, culture and art knowledge. The atmosphere of a luxurious mansion in the center of Moscow was recreated through precise teamwork process and was reflected in unique interior solutions.
An important stage of the work was the integration of a new VIP office function into the 19th-century mansion.
